This is the first of a two page application form. Please fill in all your personal details, especially your correct date of birth. This will help us to select suitable classes to offer you.

The second page is to select your preferred choice of classes (dependant on age).

If you Have applied previously, and made a mistake, please tick the "Revised Application" Box, then fill in your details again.
This will help us to avoid sending you informattion repeatedly!

Details entered on this application form will not be held on our server longer than your current browse.
It will be copied into an e-mail that is sent to the Applications Secretary (and a copy to you). then, when you close your browser, the original data is deleted. The e-mail is only sent when you have sucessfully completed the second page, and pressed send.

If later during your current browse, personal data is copied onto other forms (which we may set up as a convenience), please read the information on that form. Data displayed on that form (but only visible data) may be subject to different rules.
